about me

I am an Indigenous artist. I began with pencil drawings and acrylic painting before going entirely digital. I like to learn and improve continuously and have taken my first steps into sculpting and video production. My first video project was an entry for a competition to combat the opioid crisis in Canada hosted by UBC’s Addictions and Concurrent Disorders Research Group. I entered with the rest of my team, and we were chosen as one of four finalists.

I also enjoy 3D modelling, Tinkercad, Arduino boards, and am working to better myself in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I am studying for my Bachelors degree of Information Technology, specializing in Interactive Multimedia and Design. In my spare time I am mastering piano (Royal Conservatory of Music), practising Taekwon-Do (2nd degree black belt, International Taekwon-Do Federation, and am a member of a prize-winning Ottawa Valley (and now also Metis jigging) dance group.

I love animals. I’ve found that my life feels incomplete without pets, and I really like Labradors.
